Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be calculated after order is placed so we can give you the best  service and lowest possible shipping cost .The table on the check out page will display the exact cost to be charged. You will receive a second confirmation showing your total charge  once we have adjusted the sale for shipping charges.You will never be overcharged for shipping as we scrutinize every order.
